1. What we collect

When you use QuantDrill, we collect the following data:

  • Account information: your name and email address, provided by Google when you sign in via Google OAuth.
  • Practice sessions: the topics, difficulties, question count, timing settings, and timestamps of each session you start.
  • Answers and results: every question you answer, the option you selected, whether it was correct, and the time you spent on it.
  • Usage logs: the number of questions you generate per hour and per day, used solely to enforce rate limits.
  • Feedback and reports: any text you submit via the "Report a problem" button or the per-question report feature.

We do not collect payment information directly. Any billing is handled by a third-party payment processor.

2. How we use your data

  • To display your accuracy, session history, and topic-level performance on the progress page.
  • To enforce daily and hourly question generation limits.
  • To review feedback and question reports and improve the question bank.
  • To determine your account tier (free, trial, or paid).

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

3. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete all your session history, answers, and progress at any time using the Reset all progress button on the progress page. To fully delete your account, contact us at the address below.

4. Cookies and storage

We use browser cookies solely for authentication session management. We also use sessionStorage to temporarily hold your active drill session on your device. That data never leaves your browser and is cleared when the tab is closed.

5. Your rights

  • You can reset all your progress data at any time from the progress page.
  • You can request a full export or deletion of your account data by contacting us.
  • If you are in the EU, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability.
